广州市为明学校（原北大附中为明广州实验学校），创建于2002年9月，座落在广州市海珠区，美丽的珠江岸边鹤洞桥畔，是区政府引进的一所十二年一贯制高品质学校。学校现有光大、罗马两个校区，拥有完整的小学、初中、高中与出国留学一条龙办学体系，现有在校师生四千多人，是广州中心城区最大的一所全寄宿制优质民办学校。

Guangzhou Weiming School (formerly Guangzhou Weiming Experimental Affiliated School) of Peking University was established in September 2002. It is located in the Haizhu District of Guangzhou City, on the beautiful banks of the Pearl River, next to He Dong Bridge. It is a high-quality school introduced by the district government, offering a twelve-year continuous education system. The school currently has two campuses, Guangda and Luoma, and provides a complete educational system from elementary school to middle school, high school, and overseas study programs. With over 4,000 students and staff, it is the largest full boarding private school in the central urban area of Guangzhou.

The principal, Wang Liwei, is a well-known education management expert in China.
